90% of most drivers, drive very stupidly. They are impatient, unsafe, and will hurt you, kill you, or at least cost you time and money. Protect yourself from idiots, like this one who uses the shoulder of the highway to pass me. If they run into you, they often LIE. They will claim you did something wrong.
